I am a villain fan so I had to purchase this body butter and I really like it! It made me very soft and the smell lingers. Wish I smelled more pineapple but the fruit scent is really nice. Would order again and I hope they come out with more villain products.

The body butter it’s self is great quality! It’s so thick and hydrating - it’s wonderful. The smell on the other hand isn’t great. It smells like slightly sweet plastic. I will continue to use it because I can’t return it, but I won’t purchase again. Everything else from Basin smells AMAZING.

This was my first purchase from Basin. I am now obsessed. The smell is amazing and lasts on me all day! I love to use it the day after my fake tan. It moisturizes so well and makes it last longer and covers up the weird first day fake tan smell lol. I already came back to buy more!

Great lotion with boring disappearing scent

This is my third purchase of Basin’s Body Butter. I’ve scooped up Pink Sands and Almond from the Grand Floridian over the years. This lotion is definitely of the same excellent moisturizing quality. However, the scent is way too weak (sillage) and it disappoints, as it also disappears quickly (within a few minutes!) I’m so bummed because I was so excited to grab this, opting for something different than the cherry watermelon Mickey option in their Body Butter I knew I’d probably like. The scent, fleetingly at first, is very mildly peachy with powdery undertones. I love you Basin, but it truly smells like a desiccated piece of fruit or a nondescript glade gas station air-freshener. So fellow consumers, save your money on this scent. And I doubt the poor scent was due to transit, as I live super close to both Basin stores in my home state, fwiw.
