I have used this toner forever. It underwent an update a while back and I love the Formula still. Seriously! It's nondrying, doesn't sting, cleanses and feels moisturizing. All at a great price. I'll never need another toner. This is a holy grail product. It does smell of citrus pretty strongly but it doesn't linger on the skin. I stock up once a year
I was wanting to try this for a while, and I waited WAY TOO LONG. The smell is fresh and amazing. There is no oil or greasy residue. I feel so clean and refreshed after I use this and will absolutely order it again.

Tried this for the first time along with a face scrub and facial bar and was truly stunned at how smooth and clear it had made my skin. My skin has been more firm and clear over the last few weeks than it ever has been. This $9 toner works better than some of the most expensive face products I’ve splurged for, HIGHLY recommend.
So far I have not been wowed by this toner but it has only been a week. The scent is VERY strong lemon.

I have been using this for 5 days now and I am really happy with the results already. I suffer from puffy eyes and I am already getting compliments. I am using this in combination with the black sea salt scrub in the shower and my face feels amazing and my skin is looking smoother.
This toner is absolutely the BEST! I does not sting at all, but has a refreshing tingle to it. My face feels so clean after I use it, and the product has a nice, light citrus scent to it. I follow up with Basin face lotion and it is a winning combination! I am in LOVE!!!!
