I picked this up along with the macaron shampoo on a whim at Disney when I realized I forgot my minis at home. It doesn't feel like you get much product on your hair, but a little goes a long way. I stroke it all over my hair, rub a little between my palms, and massage my hair to get full coverage. Nothing else makes my hair as soft and silky, and I've been dying and damaging my hair for years. For a time I tried switching back to bottles but haven't found anything on par with Basin!
overprocessed hair is silky smooth

I regularly bleach and color my hair, that being said the ends are fried! This bar is rich enough to smooth them down without making my hair heavy or greasy!
this bar was better than my last purchase

I found that the bar at first was very hard to apply. I do not rub it in my hands, I run it over my wet hair. last time I ordered, i did not like this bar but was not going to throw it away and after a few more uses, it softened. OR they changed the formula slightly cause this one smells better, easier to apply and moisturizes great.
smells good but not easy to apply

this is silky smooth in my hands but doesnt apply to my hair easily at all. then when you get enough in, it barely puts a finish on it to make it smooth or silky feeling. after 4 washes, half the bar is gone, so its not worth the money. the smell is great tho. I may just use it as a shaving bar for my legs instead.

Not easy to apply. Does not go on easily -- must continue to rub and does not do much after using shampoo. Does smell nice. Shampoo is good, but conditioner was a disappointment.
Shampoo bar was enough

I purchased both this and the shampoo bar. The conditioner was hard to apply to my hair.... no matter how much I rubbed into my hair and hands. I might just stick to the shampoo alone as it was much easier to use. But, this did leave my hair soft and easy to comb through!
