Holiday Shipping

The last day to order and receive your package before Christmas using Ground shipping is Monday, December 10th.

All orders received Monday thru Thursday will be processed the following day. All Orders received on Friday thru Sunday will be processed and shipped on Monday. This process applies to 2nd Day Air shipping requests as well.

The last day to place Military Mail orders and receive your package by Christmas is Wednesday, December 6th.
Except for addresses: APO/FPO/DPO AE ZIP 093.

UPS 2nd Day Air Shipping:  Order by Tuesday, 12/18 at 11 AM EST for Friday, 12/21 delivery.

UPS Next Day Air Shipping:  Order by Wednesday, 12/19 at 11 AM EST for Friday, 12/21 delivery.

*PLEASE NOTE: Basin is NOT responsible for delayed delivery service via USPS or UPS especially under adverse weather conditions, high volume package delivery, and unforeseen shipping errors. Refund of shipping costs due to any of these reasons are prohibited. 

Tracking your Shipment: Your shipping notification email will contain a link to track your USPS or UPS shipment. The tracking number we provide is accurate, however it can take from a few hours to several days before the shipping carrier acknowledges the shipment or updates their tracking information. If you do not receive a tracking number via UPS or USPS please contact our Customer Service department and we will be happy to give you the information you need. Basin Return Policy 

Due to the personal nature of our products we do not do any exchanges, refunds, or returns. We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. If there was an error in your online order you have 30 DAYS from the day you received your purchase to contact Basin regarding your order’s error. Any missing or damaged products WILL NOT be replaced and or credited after the 30 days have expired.  Proof of purchase is REQUIRED for all orders regarding Customer Service attention. Basin.com is not responsible for products affected by warm or cold weather climate (i.e. Body Butters, Shea Body Scrubs, Solid Moisturizers) and as such will not be replaced by Basin.
