My new favorite for thin oily hair

Posted by Kelly on 6th Jan 2023

I have very thin but also very oily hair. I struggle with conditioners leaving my hair flat and lifeless. This seems to be the perfect solution. Just the right amount.

I like the fact of a solid conditioner. Great for traveling. But I now use it home. Good for thin limp hair

Loved the Custom Barrel I got

Posted by Basin Guest on 5th Sep 2020

I got a custom barrel of a few different bars to try out. I have very thin hair that tends to be dry but because it is so thin scalp also gets greasy fast so I tend to wash it more frequently which doesn't help the dryness. I tried the ginger, blondie, and kamboocha shampoo bars and they were all good but the kamboocha is the favorite. I also tried the kamboocha conditioner bar and it worked great though I do need a lot of it to feel like it is working, but the same is true for normal conditioner for me so not unexpected. So I expect that I will go through the conditioner bar at a much faster pace than the shampoo ones, but my hair feels soft and healthy and I can waste less plastic. Also from what I notice so far it does not get as greasy as fast. Also when I initially ordered the custom barrel one of the bars got mixed up so I emailed customer service and they promptly got back to me and fixed the error so great response there. Will certainly be purchasing again.

Once you get over rubbing a bar on your hair, you’ll love this conditioner!

I bought this and the shampoo. Could not be happier and will definitely continue to purchase and use. Don’t let the bar form put you off. It is odd, but they just work. There’s less waste than using a bottle and as long as you keep them away from a steady stream of water and allow to dry out (I put mine on an old Clinique soap dish that shows the bars to dry quickly), they last. Smells INCREDIBLE too!
