    1. Not bad, but not impressed 3 Star Review

The smell is great and the bar seemed creamy enough to be a conditioner. But it is awkward to apply the product. I have very long hair and just rubbing the bar on my hair doesn't seem to work very well. The shampoo bars lather which makes it easier to use, but conditioners don't so the application is odd...I never felt like enough got on my hair to actually work.

    2. Great conditioner, but packaging negates much of the value 4 Star Review

I purchased bars from Basin for a couple of reasons. In part, I was looking for a good conditioner for my notoriously dry scalp. These are non-acidic, smell great, and feel good in my hair. On that front, they're great.

The primary reason I decided to shell out extra money for the product, however, was what I perceived to be a more environmentally-friendly alternative to purchasing bottled shampoo at the store. On this front, Basin falls utterly flat. I bought two bars, which came in a plastic bag, wrapped in several layers of bubble wrap. I get it - you need all these materials to ship the product safely. I just didn't anticipate it, and was disappointed as a result. For the price, it's only worth it if I can reduce waste.

    5. My favorite conditioner bar on the planet! 5 Star Review

I make my own shampoo bars, but no conditioner bar I've made or purchased compares. Why re-invent the wheel, right? This is a bar I will buy over and over again. Smooths frizz, makes hair feel fabulous!

    6. love the smell 4 Star Review

this bar doesnt condition as well as some of the others but it smells really good. if you have fine hair or one that doesnt need a heavy conditioner, this would work. I use this one on my daughters hair because its fine.

    7. smells great but doesnt do much for conditioning or detangling 3 Star Review

way disappointed in this. was so hoping to find a great conditioner for myself and the kids but alas this was a flop. and you cannot get a refund or exchange which sucks.
I prefer the shampoo bars GREATLY so I will buy those still but no on the conditioner until its more moisturizing.
      the only good? smells amazing.

    8. Good for flaky scalp 4 Star Review

Truthfully I can't tell the difference between the conditoner and the shampoo bar. The shampoo bar doesn't lather much. But I don't have the flakes anymore. I had to make some other changes in my hair care styling products, but I think this is a good start.

    9. Learning curve 4 Star Review

Posted by on 4th Apr 2013

I got this conditioner bar less than a week ago And am very pleased with it! It takes a learning curve to get used to the fact that it is way different from the usual conditioners BUT it does a great job of making your hair softer if you use it according to the directions. I will definitely be getting more!
