I live outside of the USA, can I have Basin products shipped to me? At this time Basin only ships within the USA. We apologize for the inconvenience and will update our website if International shipping becomes available.
I am interested in wholesaling or franchising with Basin, who should I contact? Basin does not offer our products at a wholesale rate and has no franchising options at this time. If you would like to make a bulk order of Basin products you may place a phone order by calling 1-888-77-BASIN.
How can I track my order? Once your order is processed through the system you will receive an email from us with a tracking number, allowing you to see the status of your order's delivery. If your order was placed on Friday please allow 2 to 3 days for your confirmation email to be sent out as shipments are not processed on Saturdays and Sundays.
Can I use a Basin Gift Card I purchased in-store online or use a Gift Certificate from Basin.com in-store? If you purchase a Basin Gift Card in-store it can only be used in-store. If you purchase a Gift Certificate from Basin.com it can only be used online at Basin.com, no exceptions.
I visited one of your stores at Disney and could not find your Mickey soaps and bath bomb online, how can I order them? Our Mickey soaps and bath bomb are exclusive items that can only be sold at Disney. We are not able to sell our Disney products online or over the phone, they can only be bought in-store.
