Could not be more pleased with my recent order. I was a little reluctant to order by mail due to several reviews saying their orders arrived crushed, etc. I ordered 24 bombs and all were in perfect condition! Shipping was quick also. Very pleased with my first order from Basin...and they all smell SO good! Can’t wait to give as Christmas gifts, as well as save a couple for me to enjoy!!
Two bombs broken better to hit it in person i suppose
I’ve always ordered my bath bombs in the tube but this time I don’t know why but I ordered them in the box. They were individually bagged. But they came completely crushed. Just a box of 4 bags of powder. Super disappointing. I have never run Into that with the tubes. You can still pour the powder in the bath. But it’s not the same..

Only one bomb was sealed in plastic, the top one was broken into pieces, fragile label or even bubble wrap would have done well.
This product was received damaged in the box. Perhaps a fragile sticker would have prevented the mishandling, considering I paid a large sum of money for my products.
The size of these bath bombs are huge, and take more than 5 minutes to dissolve. It's perfect for the larger soaking style tub that I have. The packaging is nice too, it keeps the bath bombs secure and dry during shipment and at home.
