If there was an error in your online order you have 30 DAYS from the day you received your purchase to contact Basin regarding your order’s error. Any missing or damaged products WILL NOT be replaced and or credited after the 30 days have expired. Proof of purchase is REQUIRED for all orders regarding Customer Service attention. Basin.com is not responsible for products affected by warm or cold weather climate (i.e. Body Butters, Shea Body Scrubs, Solid Moisturizers) and as such will not be replaced by Basin.
