HOLIDAY SHIPPING SCHEDULE
Basin ships within the USA and Canada.
We strive to ship all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving the order. Orders received Monday thru Thursday are normally shipped the following day. Orders received Friday thru Sunday ship on Monday or Tuesday. During times of high order volume, your order may take extra time to process. These same rules apply to higher speed shipping requests as well.
Shipments arrive within 1-10 business days of the order date based on the shipping speed selected.
*Canada orders take longer to process and ship, for exact tracking information email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Tracking your Shipment: Your shipping notification email will contain a link to track your UPS or USPS shipment. The tracking number we provide is accurate, however it can take from a few hours to several days before the shipping carrier acknowledges the shipment or updates their tracking information.
All orders ship via UPS or USPS including P.O. Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses (only shipped via USPS).
All orders big and small ship for the flat rate of $5.99 within the USA.
All orders ship via UPS only and do not qualify for any flat rate shipping options at this time, please select a UPS option that best suits your needs. All orders shipped to Canada are subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates and will not ship until all item(s) ordered become available.
Fees required for UPS delivery to Canada: UPS applicable duties and tariffs, $10 customs clearance charge, and any additional duties and taxes applicable to your purchase. These fees are NOT included in your original shipping estimate and must be paid to receive your order.
Refusal of any package delivery will require a return shipping payment and will be billed to the method of payment originally used. Shipping fees are NOT refundable for undeliverable shipments, refused shipments, or delayed shipments.
*PLEASE NOTE: Basin is NOT responsible for lost packages or delayed delivery service via UPS or USPS especially under adverse weather conditions, high volume package delivery, and unforeseen shipping errors. Refund of shipping costs due to any of these reasons are prohibited.
