I’ve tried numerous shampoo bars in my quest to lower my disposable plastic usage, and these are by far my favorite. I have fine hair and most shampoo bars do not lather well enough and end up building up in my hair and making it look more oily. These make my hair healthy and shiny looking, and seem to have balanced my scalp so that I don’t have to wash my hair nearly as often as I used to - only a couple of times a week instead of every day. One tube of 4 bars has lasted me almost a whole year, even with my husband sharing them with me for the past 4 months or so. He loves them too and has completely switched from his former shampoo. He has thick curly hair so it is awesome that these work so well for both of us. So glad I found these! Each type that we have tried so far has been great.

I've tried several shampoo bars but they never rinsed out well and left my hair feeling dirty. But these are awesome. Hair feels so clean and soft. And you get a very satisfying bubbly lather. Plus shower has so much less clutter. I've liked all of the Basin bars I've tried so far. The conditioner bar lasts forever - so I'd recommend 3 shampoo and only one conditioner. I'm on my second barrel of bars - but still alot left of the first conditioner. I use regular shampoo when I travel - but otherwise - these will be my go to from now on!

I have yet to find a basin shampoo bar that I don't love. The lather is foamy and immediate, it takes very little to be effective. I find that the shampoo bars last a long time, and the scents are wonderful. The conditioner is effective for my short hair, and easy to use. I ask Basin to use a minimum amount of plastic in shipping, and that is exactly what they do. Thank you, Basin!

Never returning to any other Shmpoo

I wanted to move away from plastic, and bougth Basin Shampoo and Conditioner Bars! After my first try, I am sold and not returing to any other plastic bottles! I can't recommend the shampoo enough, it lathers up so easily and so easy to use and works great. The conditioner bar is harder to use and doesn't have the same satisfying feeling when using, but my hair still feel great after my hair has dried. The bars also last such a long time! I have very long and thick hair (and granted I only wash my hair every 2-3 days) but each bar lasted me 3-4 months!!
