I have been dying my coarse hair for years and love this shampoo bar. I alternate this one with the Macaroon and get great results. My hair no longer feels damaged, has build up, and always feels sleek after I use it. I have tried countless shampoo bars and Basin has the best ones. I STRONGLY recommend this bar.
This was the first shampoo bar that I have tried. My hair looks and feels great. This bar really helped with my frizz even during the static-y winter months. Also impressed that it last the stated number of uses. Already ordered another one.
I purchased this shampoo bar and the matching conditioner bar to reduce the plastic waste I produce however it was shipped in way too much plastic!! The box itself had plastic inside and each bar was in its own plastic pouch that was unlabeled making it hard to tell which was the shampoo and which was the conditioner (despite having check boxes on each bag to identify, someone got lazy I guess). The product itself lathers up very well, however it left my hair feeling *too* clean - stringy and stripped. All in all, I won't be repurchasing because of how much plastic it comes with.
I don't use the bars every day, but rather to really clean my hair after using products like gels or spray. Nice lather, great smell, work well. I would highly recommend. Have been using for years

I absolutely love this shampoo. I smelled great and gave my hair a nice shine and left it very soft. I have very curly hair and it worked well. My girlfriend also used it and she has chemically straightened hair and it also left her hair soft and shiny. We bought it because we are traveling with carryon luggage only and wanted to limit the amount of liquids we pack. Amazing product.
I started using this shampoo after my daughter and I visited a Basin store in Florida at Disney. At the time my hair was short, and always frizzy. I decided to try something new and I ended up loving the results. My hair was no longer frizzy and I saw major growth in a short amount of time. I always order the barrel to ensure I will not run out. I have seen other bar shampoo's but this one is the best price by far.

I will never go back to using regular shampoo. These shampoo bars are amazing to use and so compact to travel with. I recently colored by hair and i feel like this has also helped not strip the color away as quickly.
